About Modello Renovate
I understand the importance of quality materials and processes. In 1990, I started renovating single-family Heritage Hill/East Hills homes with a small crew and came to appreciate the craftsmanship and ornamental design aesthetics. That experience segued to visiting several Mid-West Frank Lloyd Wright Homes, a fascination with Mid-Century Modern style, and the design value of mixing materials with a minimalist approach to create an inviting space. Together, we will combine the best of traditional and modern design to create a space that is both functional and beautiful.

Preconstruction Design

Design & Construction Estimate
Once design and drawings have been finalized, I provide a detailed quote outlining costs and timing, so that you know exactly what to expect. On-Site Consultations
